Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity, and you will be notified of the estimated time frame at checkout or via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Local Pickup (Gallatin Valley, MT area only) – Free (You’ll be contacted to schedule a time.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. sorry.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
